  • Service refers to the Website, educational software, and IT consulting services provided by the Company.

  • Educational Content refers to all training materials, courses, software, and related educational resources provided by the Company.

  • Terms and Conditions (also referred as “Terms”) mean these Terms and Conditions that form the entire agreement between You and the Company regarding the use of the Service.

  • Website refers to Crest Training, LLC’s website and associated educational platforms.

  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Acknowledgment

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our educational software and IT consulting services. By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the Service.

You represent that you are over the age of 18. The Company does not permit those under 18 to use the Service without parental consent.

Educational Content License

Our educational content is licensed, not sold, to You. The Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the educational content for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Service Modifications and Updates

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our Service at any time. We may also update our educational content and software to provide improvements or address technical issues.

Payment Terms

Payment terms for educational software and consulting services will be as agreed upon in separate service agreements or purchase orders. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to These Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated with at least 30 days’ notice prior to implementation.
